"Pretty good stock Most of the time"
I was actually able to find the parts I needed here when a bunch of other sites were totally out. A couple of the sizes I wanted were missing, which was a little annoying, but overall their Product availability seemed solid. I’d definitely check them again next time

"They fixed it quickly"
I had a small issue with my order and, i felt a bit pressured to get it sorted out fast because I needed it taken care of. Luckily, their team handled it quickly. I’m taking off one star just because dealing with the hassle wasn’t ideal.

"Not thrilled with the packaging, but it worked out"
The box showed up dented, which wasn’t great to see. I was a little worried at first, but everything inside ended up being fine. I guess I can’t complain too much since the items weren’t damaged, but the packaging could definitely be better.

"Checkout was quick and easy"
I only really used the payment and checkout side of the site, but it went just how I’d expect. My cart loaded correctly, and I was able to see the shipping and tax before paying, which is kind of my personal standard for ordering online.

The card payment went through on the first try, and the order confirmation email showed up quickly after that. I didn’t run into any odd extra steps, error messages, or anything that made me second-guess the order.

It wasn’t anything fancy, but that’s fine with me. The checkout was smooth, straightforward, and hassle-free, so based on that experience I’d buy from Dowdle Sports again.

"Pretty good order, just one mix-up"
My order showed up quickly, so that was nice. Most of it was right, but one item came in the wrong color. I’m guessing it was probably just a packing mix-up, but it does make me wonder if they don’t always double-check those details before shipping. Everything else was correct and packed well, so it wasn’t a huge problem, just a little annoying. I’d probably order again, assuming they’re more careful next time.

"Shipping ended up being reasonable"
I ordered from dowdlesports.com and thought the shipping was going to be more than it was, so I was pleasantly surprised when the cost seemed fair overall. It wasn’t one of those situations where the shipping feels like it almost costs as much as the item, which I appreciated. The delivery itself was okay too, not super quick or anything, but it got to me in a reasonable amount of time and I wasn’t in a big rush anyway. I’m giving it one star off mainly because I do wish they had an even cheaper shipping option for smaller items, since that would make little purchases feel a bit more worth it. But overall, not bad at all.

"Looked better online than it did in person"
I ordered this from dowdlesports.com it was a letdown once I had it in my hands. The photos made it look a lot sturdier, but right away I noticed little things, like the edges not lining up cleanly and the material having that lightweight, plasticky feel.
After using it just a bit, a few parts started feeling loose, and the finish already had small scuffs and marks on it. I kept noticing them every time I picked it up, especially around the corners, which made it feel even cheaper than I expected for the price.

Maybe I happened to get a bad one, but I wouldn’t order it again. It just didn’t feel well made, and those small quality issues added up fast. Disappointed overall.

I tried ordering from dowdlesports.com, but the website was kind of a hassle. The pages were loading slow, the filters didn’t really work the way I expected, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic info. The return process itself was okay, I guess. I did eventually get my refund, so there’s that, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Not exactly the fastest experience, but at least it worked out in the end.

"Order updates were frustrating for me"
In my experience, the communication around my order was really disappointing. I felt like I had to keep checking in just to figure out what was happening, and even when I did get replies, they seemed slow and not very clear. Maybe others had a better experience, but for me it was frustrating overall.

"Couldn’t get a simple update"
I tried reaching out to dowdlesports.com a few times about my order and didn’t hear anything back for days. The phone didn’t really get me anywhere, and my emails felt like they were just sitting there ignored. It’s frustrating because all I wanted was a basic update. the whole thing felt avoidable if their customer service was even a little more responsive.

"Good selection, but it feels a bit selective"
I found a decent amount of sports gear here, so it wasn’t a wasted trip or anything. That said, a few of the brands and sizes I was specifically looking for just weren’t available. Maybe it’s just normal stock issues, but it kind of felt like they were focusing more on certain brands and letting the others slide. Overall it’s not a bad place to shop, just a little hit-or-miss depending on what you need.

I ordered from Dowdle Sports & Outdoors the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely moved for days, and it kind of felt like my order was just forgotten about or nobody was paying attention.

The item did finally show up and everything was fine, but the whole wait was frustrating. I don’t think I’d order again unless I really didn’t care when it arrived
